The magazine is focused on the market of communication, telecommunications and information technologies. The magazine is the Information partner of the Ministry of the Russian Federation on communication and information. It is published since May, 2000. The Founders of Magazine is Scientifically Research Institute of Economy of Communication and Computer Science «Interecoms» and Gosstandart of Russia.
